- There is an emergency call system..
- Hot water is provided by a communal system.
- A flat can be decorated to the occupier’ taste, but at his/her own expense.
- Occupiers are responsible for their own Council Tax and for the electricity they consume.
- A quarterly maintenance charge is payable to the Manor Housing Association to meet running costs. However, residents do not pay water or sewerage charges.
- For the health and safety of residents, we regret no pets are allowed.
