Retirement Flats Bexhill

The flats are fitted with all the standard amenities including electric central heating.

There is an emergency call system.

Hot water is provided by a communal system.

A flat can be decorated to the occupier’ taste, but at his/her own expense.

Occupiers are responsible for their own Council Tax and for the electricity they consume.

A quarterly maintenance charge is payable to the Manor Housing Association to meet running costs. However, residents do not pay water or sewerage charges.
